Refund & Rescheduling Policy

To reserve your QHHT session, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit secures your session and is non-refundable.

I understand that life happens. If an emergency arises, I’m happy to reschedule your session once with at least 48 hours’ notice. After one reschedule, the deposit will be forfeited.

This policy honors both of our time and helps ensure that spaces are available for those who are truly ready to do this work.
